ICI Homes is currently seeking to hire Customer Service/Warranty Superintendent for the Wesley Chapel Area, who is responsible for overseeing the resolution of warranty claims by using specialized knowledge to determine the best and most efficient course of action in fulfilling the company's mission of providing extraordinary customer service. The qualified individual will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve warranty claims. Will work closely with Builders to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
About the Role:
Receive all warranty related requests
Correspond with homeowners to coordinate appointments
Contact subcontractors to coordinate repairs
Follow-up on all scheduled appointments with homeowners until warranty work is completed
Effective in getting subcontractors to complete jobs efficiently while adhering to quality standards
Works with subcontractors to maintain safe, clean job sites, adhering to safety regulations
Effective in bringing subcontractors/vendors back to job site to complete "unfinished" work and/or warranty obligations
Strives to meet and exceed homeowner expectations focusing on achieving 100% Customer Satisfaction
Responsibilities:
Proven track record of outstanding customer service and performance
Three years experience in residential construction related industry
Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Extensive knowledge of Florida Building Codes and Health & Safety Regulations
