Position: Packaging Production Designer / Graphic Designer
Position Duties:
Assist in the creation and maintenance of Portfolio packaging standards.
Collaborate with partners to develop and implement brand relevant solutions to new problems while maintaining the integrity of the existing brand across multiple packaging formats and categories.
Create presentation decks, mock-ups and other materials to support approval moments.
Present concepts and creative work in an organized and effective manner to packaging partners.
Work closely with global teams to execute production files.
Interpret feedback and design critique to make timely updates to work in progress.
Responsible for asset management; maintain and update all standards, toolkits, and support documentation.
Proof all vendor-produced artwork to ensure integrity and consistency to the brand standards.
Organize and plan details for multiple projects in order to meet project deadlines. Integrates and balances competing priorities.
Knowledgeable of the print process, packaging substrates and dielines, from concept through execution.
Provide expertise in key software applications and execution techniques.
Drive continual improvement by defining quality standards and best practices.
Stay current with latest industry, style and graphic trends.
Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy of work.
Position Details:
Location: Hybrid - Twin Cities, MN Area
Rate: $45/hr.
Assignment Length: 6 Months
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 8am - 4:30pm
Position Qualifications:
4-8 years experience
Fundamental design skills with the ability to receive and interpret design direction with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work under high pressure/stressful situations while maintaining professionalism.
Intermediate/advanced knowledge of MAC applications and Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Comfort with online collaboration tools like Zoom, Teams, Miro, Slack, Conceptboard.
