Summary: The Director of Market Strategy will provide data-driven insights on macroeconomic trends, focusing on the residential housing and commercial real estate markets in Florida and Southwest Florida. This role will assist senior management in making strategic decisions, leveraging market data to anticipate trends and maximize project value.
Responsibilities:
Analyze macroeconomic and real estate market conditions, with an emphasis on SWFL residential and commercial sectors.
Provide regular market strategy presentations to senior leadership.
Create comprehensive executive summaries from complex data, including actionable recommendations.
Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals (brokers, developers, homebuilders, etc.).
Assist project and finance teams with relevant market data for project planning, valuations, and investment decisions.
Manage relationships with third-party data sources and maintain relevant databases.
Serve as a subject matter expert for both residential (for-sale and rental) and commercial real estate markets.
Support asset management and commercial development teams with data for enhancing project value.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate market analysis, residential or commercial real estate valuation, acquisition, or disposition.
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to present complex data clearly.
Ability to build strong professional relationships and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
