Revscale is seeking several driven Customer Success/Account Managers to join our growing team in our Boca Raton & North Miami locations. You will be responsible for managing an portfolio of accounts, expanding existing relationships, and ensuring successful adoption of our industry-leading AI relationship and sales acceleration platform (more info can be found [here])(https://docsend.com/view/yzaenru8j5vxfruq).
In this role, you will:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, developing trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors
Proactively monitor account health, product usage, and customer satisfaction to identify opportunities for additional adoption, revenue growth, and retention
Conduct quarterly business reviews, identifying expansion opportunities and guiding customers to realize more value from our platform
Partner cross-functionally to quickly resolve customer issues and deliver an exceptional experience
Share customer feedback and feature requests with product team to inform future platform enhancements
Develop and document best practices to continually improve customer onboarding, training, support, and success
Requirements:
4+ years in customer success, account management, or related roles at a SaaS company
Outstanding written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable delivering product demos and presenting to all levels
Analytical and metrics-driven, with ability to interpret data
Experience with sales acceleration, AI/ML platforms a plus
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
