Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Drive operational efficiencies across multiple projects and teams.
Oversee project management processes, from planning through completion.
Ensure high standards of quality and safety are maintained on all projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project delivery and customer experience.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance and profitability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in operations, preferably in residential construction.
