Job Description:
This role is for a Project Manager with in the Construction Industry!
Responsibilities include:
- Contract Management from beginning to the end.
- Managing a Bridge and Road crew in the field.
- Interacting with Owners and Suppliers.
- Negotiating Purchase Orders.
- Negotiating Project Specs and Conversion Rates.
- Forecasting, Scheduling Resources, Estimating and Planning Production.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with Road and Bridge is a must.
- Managing a Road or Bridge team is a must.
- Experience is key to this role.
- Level 1B Certification is a plus.
- Asphalt experience is a plus.
(Not looking for an Owner's Rep).This position includes:

60-70% in office, 30% in the field, Car Allowance/Gas Card.
