The focus will be on M&A deals involving celebrities, family offices, private equity and venture capital clients
The role is hands-on and client facing with a tremendous opportunity for growth as the practice is continuing to grow
This is a lifestyle firm where attorneys annualize between 1400-1700 hours
The firm recognizes and elevates talented attorneys faster than most firms this size
No homegrown partner has ever left the firm
Salary is close to Cravath (80-90%)
Hybrid arrangement
Must be currently practicing at a law firm as an attorney.
