Akkodis is seeking a Facilities Project Manager for a contract position with our client located in Framingham MA. The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting current state of software, hardware and instrumentation associated with the existing BMS in several buildings at the Framingham MA site. You will also be developing a scope of work (SOW) and request for proposal (RFP) for replacing the BMS with the site standard solution utilizing the Ignition software platform.
Pay/Salary Range: $45.00/hr - $75.00/hr
Facilities Project Manager job responsibilities include: • Review current state documentation and assess for accuracy and completeness. • Site surveys to identify existing BMS components and status • Compiled, walked down, and verified drawing packages • Floor plan with marked up equipment and panel locations
QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's Degree • Three to five years of relevant experience • Creation of a project plan including schedule development, resource planning, risk register creation, benefits refinement, cost planning • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
