Worksite Location: Willmar, MN
Pay Rate: $18-20/hour (W2)
Full-time, Monday - Friday
Contract OR permanent position available
What you'll do as the Administrative Assistant:
Greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line system
Manage the reception area to ensure a welcoming and organized environment
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room calendars
Handle inquiries and provide general information regarding the company
Provide administrative support to various departments, including preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital) to ensure data organization and accessibility
Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
What you'll bring to the Administrative Assistant role:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Professional demeanor and a customer-service orientation
