he Administrative Assistants will provide support to the management team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proactively schedule meetings, external calls, internal team calls/meetings
Manage outlook calendars and contacts for designated team membersA
Create and manage POs and e-signatures through Adobe Sign
Book domestic and international travel
Arrange catering orders for external lunches and other meetings
Book conference rooms and set up VC's for team
Prepare and submit expense reports using Concur
Register team for conferences, book hotels, etc.
Send FedEx, mail, fax, copying, answering phone calls and other general administrative tasks and activities
Ad hoc projects as assigned
Provide occasional back-up support to the CIO's Executive Assistant - this includes scheduling, calendar management, booking travel, reserving conference rooms, OOO coverage etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Experience:
Minimum of 2 to 4 years supporting senior level executives or a team of professionals p
