Cranium Studio, a leading photography studio specializing in fashion, creative portraits, and commercial work, is looking for an Administrative Assistant Intern to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach: Assist with researching and contacting potential clients, brands, and agencies. Manage follow-up communications and ensure all inquiries are handled professionally.
Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, photoshoots, and calls. Manage studio calendars, ensuring all appointments are scheduled accurately and adjusted as needed.
Email Management: Assist with organizing and responding to emails from clients, partners, and vendors in a timely and professional manner.
CRM Management: Maintain and update client and project information in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
Administrative Support: Assist with various tasks related to studio management, such as organizing files, preparing proposals, and helping with general office duties.
Project Coordination: Help manage timelines, task assignments, and client deliverables to ensure projects are on track.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic proficiency in email platforms (e.g., Gmail) and scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Calendly).
Experience with CRM tools or willingness to learn (experience with tools like HoneyBook, Trello, or similar is a plus).
Passion for the creative industry, with an interest in photography, fashion, or brand campaigns.
Previous experience in client-facing or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
