The Impact you will have in this role:

The Digital Assets Product Manager assists in designing, developing, and bringing to market the suite of products in DTTC Digital Assets products. The Product Manager requires keen business analysis and communication skills to develop business requirements to both internal and external partners for ratification. Proficiency in depicting and describing the business value of the products and the specific functionality the product brings to market. The position entails leading multiple internal partner meetings and representing the Company and assigned Department in various industry led forums on projects and new initiatives. The role also supports the product management lead with the facilitation of external working groups composed of major industry participants that help advise on requirements and design options.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with technology, sales, and marketing on delivering new capabilities and enhancements and to develop and implement strategies for building community on new product and service offerings.
  • Translate customer needs into clear and actionable technical specifications.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and inform product strategy.
  • Ensure products meet quality standards and stay in sync with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage achievement of project deliverables, including coordination of efforts across a variety of functional areas to ensure projects are completed on time and budget and within a quality framework.
  • Monitor project budgets for specific initiatives / projects. Identifies potential risks to achieving project objectives and elevates to appropriate management.
  • Assist in product training efforts for all touchpoints to both internal and external customers, inclusive of documentation, publications, E Training tools, FAQs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, computer science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Strong background in financial services/capital markets a must.

Talents Needed for Success:

  • Strong knowledge of alternative investments - private equity funds, private placements, etc
  • Solid Understanding of the full lifecycle of alternative investments
  • Technical background with knowledge of blockchain technology and distributed systems
  • Experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role in a software development environment.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
