Job Title: Product Certifications and Markings Project Manager

Location: Monday and Friday Remote, Tuesday-Thursday onsite in Framingham, MA
Terms: 12+month Contract to Hire
Rate: $40/hr

We do this within the Compliance Assurance Engineering team, by supporting the timely global launch of compliant, certified products. We are seeking a flexible, articulate, and dedicated individual to join our Global Product Compliance team as a Project Manager.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee and manage the product certifications workstream for both new product launches and products in the field.
Create regulatory compliance plans working with compliance team.
Create and align on schedules with internal and external parties.
Alert teams of risk and critical path certifications.
Hold partners accountable for weekly updates and accurate updates.
Collaborate with team members on process improvements.
Improve existing tools to support activities above.
Support product development processes for markings and labeling.
Revise labeling related drawings and specifications as part of compliance changes in a supporting role.

Strong Microsoft Office and Project skills.SmartSheet experience a big plus.
Familiarity with graphic tools (ex. Adobe illustrator) or labeling systems is a plus.
Clear and organized communication skills.
Collaborative and proactive approach to daily work and process improvement efforts.
Engineering product compliance, certifications and marking knowledge is a plus.
Experience/Educational requirements:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
3 or more years in a cross-functional technical project management role is required
