Cobb Cole, a prestigious law firm with offices in Volusia County is seeking an experienced litigator with 7+ years of experience. Must be admitted to The Florida Bar and have significant practice experience in Florida. Candidates should live in, or be willing to relocate to, Volusia County. The firm does not do insurance defense or worker's compensation as a major part of its practice. Due to the retirement of a senior partner, experience in any of the following litigation areas would be beneficial but not necessarily required: receiverships; Judgment collection; Landlord/Tenant; Loan enforcement and Defense UCC-3; Real property litigation; title and commission disputes; Sales UCC-2 and secured transaction enforcement UCC-9. Cobb Cole provides an excellent compensation package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, vacation, phone allowance, and community involvement supported by the firm. While regular in-office presence is preferred, the firm does support the ability to work remotely on a frequent basis.
