Position Overview:
The HubSpot Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering
sophisticated HubSpot solutions for clients. You will work cross-functionally with senior
consultants, developers, and technologists to architect high-impact, scalable solutions that drive
revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot Implementations: Lead and manage end-to-end HubSpot implementations, ensuring alignment with client goals and project timelines.
Data Migrations: Oversee and execute complex data migrations, ensuring the seamless transition of data from legacy systems to HubSpot.
HubSpot Administration: Serve as the HubSpot administrator for clients, managing configurations, workflows, and technical optimizations.
HubSpot Integrations: Design and implement HubSpot integrations with third-party tools and systems, enhancing the revenue tech stack's efficiency.
Proof of Concept Development: Build and present technical proof-of-concept solutions to demonstrate HubSpot's value to prospective clients in pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
Technical Solution Architecture: Collaborate with developers and technologists to architect and deliver technical solutions and integrations tailored to client needs.
Client & Engagement Management: Manage client relationships, provide regular project updates, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional delivery.
Bonus Experience and Skills:
Salesforce Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and its integration with HubSpot.
Revenue Technology Stack Expertise: Experience with marketing automation, sales enablement, sales engagement, survey tools, account-based marketing (ABM) tools CPQ tools, and other revenue tech solutions.
Specific Experience with Gong & Clay: Proven experience with these tools will be highly advantageous.

Client-Facing Experience: Strong communication and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to work directly with clients.
Agency Experience: Previous experience working in a consulting or agency environment is highly desirable.
Business & Tech Savvy: Ability to balance business objectives with technical requirements, ensuring the delivery of both effective and efficient solutions.
RevOps Expertise: Solid understanding of revenue operations processes and best practices.
