A leading food production company is seeking an experienced Sr. Manufacturing Manager to lead production operations at their state-of-the-art facility. In this role, you will lead a team of professionals to ensure all manufacturing processes are completed safely and efficiently.
The ideal Sr. Manufacturing Manager will have the following responsibilities:
Lead all production activities and ensure compliance with industry and company standards
Utilize LEAN manufacturing techniques / principles to drive continuous improvement within the facility
Direct facility managers and supervisors in daily production operations
Monitor product quality
Monitor performance of manufacturing team
Oversee manufacturing budget and department spending
Collaborate with department leaders as necessary
Manage and train employees
The ideal Sr. Manufacturing Manager will have the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
6-10 years' experience within food manufacturing industry
