Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Balencia Medspa. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and managing all aspects of the business. This includes supervising staff, ensuring the highest quality of service is delivered to clients, implementing strategic plans to drive growth, managing budgets and financials, and maintaining compliance with regulations and industry standards.
Salary
$45k-$70K plus bonus plus other benefits
Qualifications
Strong leadership and management skills
Experience in the aesthetic medicine industry a plus
Knowledge of injectables, laser services, and bodysculpting _ helpful
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Familiarity with financial management and budgeting
Proven track record of driving business growth
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
