Well-established and continually growing Engineering and Manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our winning team. This role is responsible for overseeing the training and growth of all current and future employees. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in a similar role and a passion for instructional design and developing successful training programs. Responsibilities
Develop & implement high-impact learning & training programs.
Conduct organizational needs analysis and create training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles.
Develop, review, and revise course materials to ensure they align with operating processes, procedures, and systems.
Define and lead projects focused on continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
3+ years of similar work experience in quality/manufacturing/engineering.
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
In-depth knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and adult learning methodologies.
Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other e-learning platforms to deliver and track training programs.
The starting base pay range is $100K-$120K plus benefits, incentives and room for advancement.
