Location: Scottsdale, Arizona 85260(Hybrid)
Job Description Core Responsibilities: • Processes transactions and reviews documentation to ensure requests have been completed accurately and in a timely manner. • Identifies processing and workflow issues to provide input on procedure updates and changes for overall improvement and effectiveness • of processing. • Provides necessary reporting, quality assurance responses, audit responses, and relevant paperwork as requested. • Builds knowledge to support training and education of other teams on various processes. Acts as a resource to crew, and assists with • elevated issues. • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: • Minimum one year of related experience required. • Experience in operations processing preferred. • High school degree or GED required. • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience strongly preferred.
