As our Assistant Risk Manager, you'll have direct ownership of responsibilities related to managing the company's insurance database, insurance policy, incidents/claims, safety, loss control, and other general responsibilities. You will also have active input and participation in the department's on-going programs, systems, processes, and procedures.
Salary: $65,000 to $85,000/year

As an Assistant Risk Manager you will:
Manage Insurance Policies and Claims: Oversee the administration of insurance policies, including renewals, endorsements, and claims management, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Conduct Loss Control and Safety Initiatives: Lead safety programs, facilitate loss control surveys, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address safety concerns and implement risk mitigation measures.
Analyze and Reconcile Data: Maintain and reconcile data within the Risk Management Information System (RMIS), ensuring all records are consistent, accurate, and complete.
Support Risk Management Programs: Actively contribute to the development and implementation of risk management systems, processes, and procedures to enhance departmental effectiveness.
Serve as a Liaison: Act as the primary contact for insurance-related inquiries, claims, and policy management, providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders while addressing their needs and concerns.
