Manufacturing company is looking to hire a full-time Technical CSR role here in Madison, WI (53704). This role will be contract-to-hire and is looking to interview/start immediately!
Pay: $22-27/hr (Based on experience)

Schedule: M-F, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Hybrid: No, 100% in-person but after training may be flexible
Responsibilities:
Responsible for inbound calls
Determine issue with the machine and instructing customers onsite fixes
If a service tech needs to be dispatched or if the equipment is to be returned
Field phone calls, e-mail, and chats assigned from customers in need of tech support
Follow protocols and diagnostics to troubleshoot issues
Create records in CRM, log complete interactions
Create parts order, dispatch service technicians, and collect billing info
Administer warranty and service programs
Deliver effortless customer experiences
Acquire and demonstrate competence by leveraging system and KMS
Provide complete and accurate responses to inbound telephone calls
Enter and scan State Tax Exemption certificates
Process event registrations and product orders, including kit shipments
Place outbound calls as necessary to satisfy customer service requests
Must Have:
Customer service experience with technical products (electrical, automotive, HVAC)
Understand how industrial machines work
CRM experience
Multiline phone system
