The role
As a Senior Analyst, Project Management (Operational Readiness/Change Management), you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customer support operations are fully prepared for change initiatives. You'll develop and implement strategies to drive seamless transitions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and continuously improve our processes. ????
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support customer support initiatives and projects.
Ensure the customer support team is prepared for new product launches, process changes, and system implementations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational readiness activities with project timelines.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change management and operational readiness activities.
What we need to see from you
You have 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce and customer support, with expertise in project management, change management, and/or operational readiness.
You possess excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
You are detail-oriented, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities, allowing you to thrive in a dynamic environment.
