About the Role:
This role demands excellent organizational and communication skills, discretion, multitasking abilities, and the capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Previous C-Level Executive Assistant experience required.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence for the C-Level executive, organizing meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
Communication: Acting as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, drafting emails, memos, and reports, and handling phone calls.
Project Management: Coordinating special projects, conducting research, preparing presentations, and overseeing deadlines.
Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Organizational Skills: Organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents efficiently.
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
Problem Solving: Proactively identifying issues and providing solutions, managing conflicts, and making decisions on behalf of the executive when necessary.
Adaptability: Being flexible to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks, and adjusting priorities as needed.
Technology Proficiency: Utilizing various software and tools for scheduling, communication, and documentation (e.g., Microsoft Office, calendar management, etc.).
Support Role: Assisting with personal tasks and errands as required by the executive outside of professional responsibilities.
Strategic Assistance: Providing input, research, and support on strategic initiatives, assisting in decision-making processes.
Professionalism: Representing the executive and the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
