Job Description:
We are a small dynamic firm looking for an attorney with 2-5 years of experience in toxic tort cases and general liability defense.
Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings and dispositive motions
- Draft and respond to written discovery and discovery motions
- Attend court hearings and argue motions
- Conduct and defend fact and expert witness depositions
- Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial
- Prepare trial documents and submissions
- Provide analytical insight and recommendations
Qualifications
- Must have JD degree
- Ability to multitask across wide a caseload
- Prior experience in toxic tort or general liability defense
- Courtroom hearing experience
- Persuasive writing skills
