Support day-to-day operations, and provide technical assistance to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues (scripts, workflows, customizations)
Manage integration with third-party applications
Provide end-user training and ongoing support, including onboarding of new users and leading regular information-sharing activities
Develop, document, and maintain processes and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance with policies and regulations
Stay up to date on NetSuite functionality, evaluate new features, recommend implementation of feature, and manage the process of upgrades
Manage maintenance tasks and monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary fixes or improvements
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and recommend key technologies required to support and improve the business process
Qualifications:
2-3 years of relevant NetSuite ERP experience, including customization and integration with a strong understanding of the NetSuite OneWorld platform
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, or related field; background in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
