SHIFT: Day Shift: (7:30 am to 4:30 pm / Monday thru Friday) Starting in November will shift to 4/10 hour days with every Friday off!
BASIC FUNCTIONS:
This position will manage sales activities and accounts for assigned customers and products. The ideal candidate must be detailed-oriented, organized, motivated to exceed, continuously improve, analytical and proactive. The candidate must also have a strong sense of urgency to provide excellent support to customers and internal stakeholders. Must be able to make good decisions in support of Sales and Sensor Systems, Inc's best interests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Processing daily purchase orders, including update sales/purchase orders in the ERP system accurately and expeditiously. Must meet metrics to be defined by Director.
Answer customer's questions and concerns and follow-up and research orders utilizing our ERP system (Epicor) quickly.
Generate and review reports as directed by the Director of Business Development.
Support development of metrics and KPIs for Sales and other departments as requested by the Director of Business Development.
Develops and maintains strong relationships with customers through consistent contact.
Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders; provide support efficiently and effectively in the time requested.
Proactively report issues, solve problems, and create improvements within the framework and guidance provided by the Director of Business Development.
Act as back-up for other Customer Service Representatives as necessary.
Support other activities as needed by the Director of Business Development.
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of prior sales administrative support, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Aerospace experience preferred.
Experience with V-Lookup and creation of Pivot Tables
Proactive, communicative, dependable, accurate, and organized.
