Job Description:

SkyBridge Luxury & Associates has partnered with a premier luxury hotel in Chicago to conduct a confidential search for a talented Director of Revenue Management. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic professional to lead the revenue strategy of an esteemed property located in the heart of one of the most vibrant cities in the world. Our client's property boasts an iconic presence near Chicago's most distinguished cultural attractions, retail destinations, and business hubs. This is an on-site position.

Position Overview:

As the Director of Revenue Management, you will be responsible for leading the hotel's Commercial Strategy team and driving the overall revenue growth across various customer segments. You will play a critical role in supporting the brand's positioning and image while ensuring that inventory allocation and pricing strategies align with the property's revenue goals. Additionally, this role focuses on data quality, providing valuable intelligence to key stakeholders, and mentoring future revenue management talent within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the hotel's Commercial Strategy team, establishing strategic vision and goals to enhance revenue growth.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable intelligence and recommend revenue and e-commerce strategies.
  • Align pricing parameters and inventory allocation to maximize profitability while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Collaborate with corporate and ownership entities, ensuring clear communication of strategic initiatives.
  • Identify and mentor rising talent within the revenue management team.
  • Ensure confidentiality and protection of company assets.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue management within a 450+ room hotel with significant meeting space.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Dynamic, can-do attitude with the ability to present a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Experience with systems such as Ideas G3 RMS, Opera PMS, Passkey, Delphi, or Opera Sales and Catering is highly preferred.
  • Previous reservation experience is a plus.
  • Ability to effectively multitask and complete work within set deadlines.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and protect proprietary information.

Compensation:

$135-150K per year plus up to 20% bonus
