Audit and Warranty Support Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Review and process dealer requests for warranty labor and part rate increases.
  • Review warranty audit reports and consolidate action items.
  • Assist in developing creative and dynamic solutions for effectively communicating activities and results.
  • Analyze warranty reports to provide trend analysis to warranty audit personnel and inform relevant stakeholders.
  • Document and standardize all audit processes.
  • Provide innovative and value-add insights to drive improved process efficiency and effectiveness in the audit processes.
  • Additional duties as assigned by Manager.
  • Responsible for the proper usage of, awareness of, and compliance with Information Technology security policies.
  • Seeks to ensure proper retention of electronic documents, business confidential information, and actively demonstrates an understanding of the need to safeguard competitive information in both electronic and non-electronic formats.

This is a 12 month contract with potential to extend. This position is hybrid, you will be in the office 2 days a week! REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • 2+ years experience at a dealer and/or corporate level in the area of warranty claim administration and processing, or in an internal audit or other risk/compliance/consulting function.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and MS Office
  • Strong automotive understanding
  • Organized and statistically oriented
  • Recognizes and responds with precision to quality issues discovered during daily work
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, spelling, grammar and composition skills
  • Must be able and willing to travel

PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Automotive technical knowledge and dealer service experience
