Review and process dealer requests for warranty labor and part rate increases.
Review warranty audit reports and consolidate action items.
Assist in developing creative and dynamic solutions for effectively communicating activities and results.
Analyze warranty reports to provide trend analysis to warranty audit personnel and inform relevant stakeholders.
Document and standardize all audit processes.
Provide innovative and value-add insights to drive improved process efficiency and effectiveness in the audit processes.
Additional duties as assigned by Manager.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
2+ years experience at a dealer and/or corporate level in the area of warranty claim administration and processing, or in an internal audit or other risk/compliance/consulting function.
Familiarity with computer systems and MS Office
Strong automotive understanding
Organized and statistically oriented
Recognizes and responds with precision to quality issues discovered during daily work
Strong verbal and written communication skills, spelling, grammar and composition skills
Must be able and willing to travel
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Automotive technical knowledge and dealer service experience
