What you will bring:
Senior Student or Post-Graduate
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Eagerness to learn about digital marketing and account management within the hospitality industry
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to ask questions
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Passion for the hospitality and marketing industry and client service
Preferred but not Required:
Previous internship or work experience in hospitality or tourism or marketing
Familiarity with CMS (Content Management System) platforms and digital marketing tools
Knowledge of social media marketing and analytics
Experience with customer service or client-facing roles
Familiarity with presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote)
What you'll learn:
Practical experience in account management and client relations
Insights into digital marketing strategies for the hospitality industry
Skills in project coordination and time management
Understanding of CMS platforms and digital tools used in hospitality marketing
