Work across the ML research team, systems engineering group, product design team, and frontend engineering to explore building innovative features across this Series B Startup's portfolio of products; revolutionizing the AI-powered coding assistance landscape.
This role will likely be a smooth transition from your current one because you probably already have experience designing and launching products from inception to delivery. Additionally, from day one you will be responsible for complex interaction design, visual design and prototyping.
While much of your work will involve designing and launching user interfaces, you'll also get to contribute to critical decisions about their product, design, and backend integration.
Starting salary will be in the range of $180,000-200,000 plus significant equity. They also offer a healthy benefits package, including full healthcare, dental and vision, and 401k contributions. As the company grows, benefits will change/improve.
You will need to be on-site at least 3 days a week in Silicon Valley for this, however, there could be some flexibility for the right candidate. If you're relocating or require a sponsorship, that's absolutely fine, it can be accommodated.
