Quantum Rise is a rapidly scaling AI start-up offering consulting and product development capabilities to high growth organizations. The offerings range from providing strategic advice through full AI product development. We are building our Engineering and Data Science org and are looking for a talented product manager to join our team.
Position Summary
As a Product Manager at Quantum Rise, you will play a crucial role in the development and delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, and consultants to understand client needs, define product vision and strategy, and ensure successful product launches. Your ability to translate business goals into product requirements and manage the product lifecycle will drive tangible business outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, consulting) to define and prioritize product features and requirements.
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with client needs and business objectives.
Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of product milestones.
Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.
Define and track product metrics to measure success and inform iterative improvements.
Coordinate and lead product development sprints, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business goals.
Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders through clear, impactful presentations and reports.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, web development, and cloud computing, and contribute to Quantum Rise's thought leadership initiatives, including white papers, webinars, and industry conferences.
Contribute to the growth of the product management team through execution and professional development.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology or AI industry
Strong technical aptitude to understand API architecture, LLMs, and SaaS products
Strong understanding of AI, web development, and cloud computing technologies
Proven track record of successfully managing products from concept to launch. You have experience gathering feedback and using data to make business decisions
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Familiarity with product management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, ProductBoard)
Demonstrated ability to stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate them into product strategies
