We are seeking a COO who will oversee and manage our client's strategic and operational functions. Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Leadership:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and objectives.
Manage relationships with key partners, driving financial performance and stability.
2. Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with the CEO and senior management to develop and implement strategic plans.
Identify opportunities for growth and innovation, with a focus on community engagement.
3. Financial Management:
Manage the budget and financial performance, ensuring fiscal responsibility and profitability.
Analyze financial data and reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Work with the Controller to develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
4. Human Resources:
Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
5. Customer Experience:
Ensure exceptional customer service across all locations and online platforms.
Work with the marketing team to enhance customer experiences and drive engagement.
Monitor customer feedback and address concerns promptly and effectively.
6. Technology and Innovation:
Leverage technology to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
Lead digital transformation initiatives to drive competitiveness and innovation.
7. Vendor Relationship Management:
Oversee partnerships with key vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Monitor vendor performance and contract compliance.

8. Real Estate and Lease Management:
Oversee real estate assets, including property management and lease arrangements.
Negotiate lease terms and manage relationships with landlords and property managers.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the use and value of the real estate portfolio.
Oversee the design and construction of new stores and remodel existing retail locations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably within the retail sectors.
Proven track record of successfully managing operations, driving strategic initiatives, and achieving financial targets.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, nimble, and entrepreneurial organization. A willingness and ability to test and learn and adjust strategies and tactics as needed.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
