**Key Responsibilities:**
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Leverage advanced analytical techniques to interpret complex data sets related to real estate trends, market conditions, and financial performance.
- Develop and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Strategic Insights:
- Provide actionable insights to senior management by analyzing market data, operational performance, and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Data Management:
- Design, implement, and optimize data models and data integration processes within the data warehouse.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and real estate metrics to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular reviews of BI reports to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with industry standards.
Project Management:
- Lead BI projects from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate with IT and data engineering teams to enhance the BI infrastructure and data capabilities.
Training and Development:
- Mentor and train junior analysts and other team members on BI tools, data analysis techniques, and best practices.
- Continuously stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in BI technologies and real estate analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role within the real estate industry.
- Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker) and data warehousing solutions.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with real estate databases and systems (e.g., MLS, CoStar, Yardi).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Experience working with large datasets and data modeling.
