A Client Service Representative is responsible for helping organizations obtain better brand recognition and financial growth. They coordinate with company executives and sales & marketing professionals to review current market trends in order to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins.
Answer incoming phone calls from our customers
Possess interpersonal, communication and customer service skills with a professional attitude
Understand clients' needs and ability to adapt/respond to different types of clients
Demonstrate the ability to handle and resolve complaints;
Update CRM with inquiries and resolutions
Have a good knowledge of ZBS products and services thoroughly
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively in a team environment
Qualifications:
1+ year of computer experience using word and Excel is a plus
Restaurant / Customer Service Experience is a plus
Manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment
Strong communication with management including CRM updates on the progress
