We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive enterprise experience to lead and manage our dynamic team in supporting our clients' data and analytics needs. If you are extremely detail-oriented and have a knack for managing complex projects and diverse teams, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Take charge of managing both internal and external team members to meet our clients' data and analytics requirements.
Strategic Planning: Define project scope, set goals, deliverables, and allocate resources to align with client and business objectives.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage project-related risks, issues, and costs to ensure smooth project execution.
Client Collaboration: Facilitate the creation and upkeep of client project roadmaps and release plans, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
Data Consulting: Consult with clients on data as a service agreements, including data infrastructure, collection and transformation methodologies, and data visualization for operational and business metrics, as well as full-funnel digital marketing experience data.
Digital Experience: Develop digital experience data looping, customer journey mapping, visualizations, dashboards, and KPIs to provide actionable insights.
Certification & Expertise: Leverage your GA4 and Google Tag certifications to become an expert in the Google Marketing Platform.
Data Reporting: Oversee the development of data reports using LookerStudio, Tableau, and occasionally PowerBI to create compelling and insightful visualizations.
Pipeline Management: Manage data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and integrity.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in an enterprise environment.
Strong proficiency in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Expertise in data infrastructure, data collection and transformation methodologies, and data visualization.
Full understanding of digital marketing data and customer journey mapping.
Certifications in GA4
3-5 years of experience with Google Tag Manager.
2-3 years of experience integrating consent mode versions
1-2 years of experience with advanced cookie consent data governance tools such as OneTrust and TrustArc
Hands-on experience with LookerStudio and Tableau.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
