Windsor is seeking a Jr Producer to join our dynamic, fast-paced creative team. In this role the JR Producer will work closely with the Producer, Creative Director, and Stylists on all our concept productions. The Jr Producer should be experienced in creating and executing high concept shoots, they should have knowledge of best production practices and deliver remarkable results.

Job Responsibilities
Adhere to all current and creative production processes and ensure they are executed correctly
Scouts, books, organizes locations, source props, equipment and production supplies
Casts, presents, and books models
Ensure that the communication regarding production is being actioned
Maintains an updated daily shoot calendar and adds monthly shoots to production calendar
Evaluate and adjust production schedules as needed to accommodate changing priorities and deadlines
Manages daily availability and scheduling of staff.
Update studio calendar board with weekly workload
Send out call sheets
Work closely with the Producer to ensure all shoot requirements are met
Updating accessory tracker to reflect any skus shot during concept/email shoots
Coordinate with the creative team (Producer, Creative Director, Stylists) to ensure alignment on production plans
Updating monthly budget to reflect models, freelance crew in addition to purchases
Send out Freelancer Agreement Contracts
Assisting in the studio facilities' upkeep and operation
Required Skills
Posses basic computer skills including but not limited to Google Suite, Slack, MS office, Asana
At least 5 years of production experience
Prior Fashion Experience
Prioritizes tasks and managing deadlines
Physical/Environmental Demands
Job entails the expected physicality that comes with production: frequently stands, walks, lifts, moves and carries equipment as required.
Must be able to; access all areas of the studio and location shoots
Utilize all equipment necessary to run the equipment, climb ladders, move or handle studio equipment throughout the studio generally weighing from 15-25 pounds and work varied hours/days to oversee production operations.
Environment is fast-paced and indoor/outdoor temperature conditions apply.
