Generate invoices to send to customers
Collect, apply, & process payments
Communicate with customers regarding their invoices
Pay all bills promptly
Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and resolve any issues
Process employee payroll and enter deductions
Reimburse eligible employee purchases
Serve as the first point of contact for any visitors or phone calls
Coordinate company events like picnics and birthday celebrations
Oversee employee uniform & apparel program
Maintain office supply stocks and communicate with the cleaning crew
Moser Roofing Solutions is a local family-owned commercial roofing company founded in 2007 that offers new roofing, repair, service work, and preventative maintenance. We seek an experienced Bookkeeper / Office Administrator who will oversee our day-to-day accounting functions while greeting visitors, planning company events, and stocking office supplies.

Our Ideal Bookkeeper/Office Administrator:
Experienced: 3+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience (in construction is a plus!)
Computer Savvy: Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, and experience with Accounting software is preferred
Clear Communicator: Ability to speak clearly with employees, vendors, and customers
Analytical: Familiar with accounting concepts and practices
Detail-Oriented: A task-oriented, organized person with high standards to handle all the details. Able to prioritize tasks & deliver high-quality work
Friendly: Enjoys being part of a team and working with others
Physical Requirements: Able to sit for long periods and lift up to 15 pounds
What we offer our Bookkeeper/Office Administrator:
$23-$29/hour - DOE
