Position: Executive Assistant for Luxury High-Security Company

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to manage and oversee projects efficiently, professionally, and with a friendly demeanor. This role involves coordinating between clients and manufacturers, maintaining project workflows, and building strong, trusting relationships with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients regarding the progress and next steps of their high-security projects.
- Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
- Review and discuss shop drawings with clients.
- Update and maintain the CRM system
- Track and manage all stages of the project, from design selection to production and final delivery.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency with numbers, measurements, and workflow efficiencies.
- Ability to learn about product components and mechanisms.
- Experience in engineering or construction is a plus but not required; we value self-motivation and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders, including homeowners, contractors, and interior designers.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $30,000 - $40,000, with additional profit-sharing opportunities.
- Possibility for occasional remote work.
