Corestaff is the official MSP resourcing partner for Porsche Cars North America for contractor positions operating and managing their nationwide contingent workforce program. This role is a Corestaff contract position with placement at Porsche Cars North America in Atlanta, GA.
Position overview
Provide administrative assistance to the Operations Manager, leadership staff and associates of the PDC. This position has a wide range of responsibilities to include Customer Service, Human Resources, Accounting, reporting and analysis for the efficient operation of the PDC while performing other duties as assigned.
Roles & responsibilities:
Accounting
Assist Parts Information Coordinator as needed in handling Customer Service calls from dealers.
Code vendor invoices, then forward to PCNA Corporate for payment in Zycus.
Manage all vendor relationships
Review monthly Accounts Payable EOM report for accuracy
Secure documentation for processing new vendor accounts
Track all invoices received.
Track PDC assets
Administrative
Assist PDC Manager in miscellaneous tasks.
Event Planning
Order office supplies
Schedule vendor appointments for repairs or request
Coordinate/schedule travel arrangements and accommodations
Benefits: Insurance / Payroll
Assist hourly employees with 401K applications and issues.
Handle all Insurance issues (Health, Dental & Vision) if possible; otherwise refer to Benefits Representative at Corporate
Manage FTE and Contractor payroll system and submit to Payroll for processing
Track Vacation, Sick and Floating Holiday time off for all teammates
Track perfect attendance
Conduct onboarding with contract associates
Reporting and Analysis
EOM reconciliation for Accounts payable
Maintain employee point system (Absentee Issues)
Manage employee personnel files
Prepare reports for the Operations Manager as required
Track productivity for monthly performances
Qualifications:
Ability to analyze and build custom reports and presentations in Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision
Exceptional interpersonal skills for both internal and external clients at all levels
Experience with SAP accounting / warehouse system is preferred
Exposure to ADT or similar security system
Knowledge of Microsoft Office including spreadsheet, word-processing and database management programs.
