Experience:
  • Microsoft Office: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Preference: Bilingual English/Korean

Essential Functions (include but are not limited to):
  • Performs broad office management functions based on direction by executive director.
  • Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well- maintained.
  • Support the executive for various general administrative and operational matters.
  • Coordinates plant construction project team and suppliers.
  • Coordinates corporate grounds-keeping services.
  • Provides broad support to other departments including Compliance, Finance, Accounting, Business Technology, Human Resources, and external vendors. This may include preparing expense reports, supporting events, labor hours reporting, etc.
  • Greets visitors to the corporate office and directs them and informs individuals as appropriate.
  • Serves as back up for compliance or other corporate staff as needed.
  • Coordinates hiring of new staffs for setting up a team for the plant.
  • Supports and coordinates Board meeting activities and preparation.
  • Provides support with senior management who visit regarding accommodation, transportation, meeting rooms, etc.
  • Supports functional / corporate project-based work.
  • Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
  • Maintain a working knowledge and be in compliance with corporate standards for business conduct and federal antitrust laws.
  • Adhere to company focus areas - safety, financial, customer, and people.
  • Keep the HR Director and managers informed at all times of potential issues and concerns.
