MIGSO-PCUBED is looking for an experienced and passionate Project Scheduler to join our team and support our engagements in the Melville, NY. This position is HYBRID and requires you to commute 3 days a week within the Melville, NY area.

What You'll Do

As a Project Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our projects by creating, developing, and maintaining large-scale schedules. Working closely with our Project Managers, you will utilize your expertise in project scheduling software, particularly Primavera (P6), to ensure efficient planning, scheduling, and execution of projects. Your analytical skills will be instrumental in assessing and managing risks and issues, contributing to robust project governance, financial control, and scope management.
  • Advanced Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed schedules for complex technology-based projects using project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera (P6), with a strong emphasis on commercial construction scheduling.
  • Collaborative Planning: Collaborate closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to identify project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Accuracy and Timeliness: Ensure project schedules are up-to-date, accurate, and reflect the current status of the project, providing real-time visibility into project progress.
  • Conflict Resolution: Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and issues promptly and effectively, minimizing disruptions to project timelines.
  • Communication: Regularly communicate project schedules and status updates to project teams and stakeholders, fostering transparency and enabling informed decision-making.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze project data and provide comprehensive reports and metrics to project teams and stakeholders, enabling data-driven insights for project optimization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by refining scheduling processes and adopting best practices in project, program, and portfolio management (PPM) disciplines.

As a consultant, you will deliver expertise, adapt to new environments, and be able to work within a team. You will represent our brand on client-sites and, thanks to the materials that we provide, you will be prepared to support our engagements. Who are you?

You have 5-20 years of experience as a scheduler. Proven experience in commercial construction scheduling, with a deep understanding of Primavera(P6). You preferably a bachelor's degree, and a passion for Project Management. Ideally, you have your PMP certification. Any additional relevant certifications are a plus!
