Role Overview:
Establish and execute the strategy for master data management Products.
Align products with technology, data, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Procurement and Finance strategies using data-driven decisions.
Focus on optimizing ERP Master Data Management to increase efficiency within the Merchandising, Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance teams and processes.
Foster relationships across the company to enhance ERP Master Data Management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with key stakeholders to align technology with strategic goals.
Use data insights to identify opportunities and support decisions.
Analyze current processes and technology to find improvement areas.
Create a strategic roadmap and manage product backlogs.
Lead development, deployment, and optimization of Mater Data Management products.
Define and measure KPIs for product adoption and performance.
Promote cross-departmental collaboration.
Requirements:
Proven product management experience in retail.
BA/BS in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years in product management, Master Data Management, or related fields.
Experience with SAP MDG, and other data management technologies.
Strong data analysis and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage ambiguity and drive organizational change.
