Role Overview:
- Establish and execute the strategy for Merchandising Products.
- Align products with technology and Merchandising strategies using data-driven decisions.
- Focus on optimizing assortments, promotions, and merchant efficiency to boost revenue.
- Foster relationships across the company to enhance MerchTech capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Merchandising teams to align technology with strategic goals.
- Advocate for Merchandising needs across IT products and services.
- Use data insights to identify opportunities and support decisions.
- Analyze current processes and technology to find improvement areas.
- Create a strategic roadmap and manage product backlogs.
- Lead development, deployment, and optimization of MerchTech products.
- Define and measure KPIs for product adoption and performance.
- Promote cross-departmental collaboration.
Requirements:
- Proven product management experience in retail.
- BA/BS in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 6+ years in product management, retail, or related fields.
- Strong data analysis and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in strategy development and execution.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive organizational change.
