Location- Columbus, IN

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Consultant with in-depth experience in Order Management (OM), Purchasing (PO), and Inventory (INV) modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional background, be able to analyze business requirements, and implement Oracle EBS solutions to enhance our supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide functional expertise in Oracle EBS SCM modules, specifically OM, PO, and INV.
  • Configure and implement Oracle EBS solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure seamless integration between OM, PO, and INV modules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Develop functional specifications and solution design documents.
  • Configure Oracle EBS modules based on business requirements and best practices.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the solution meets business needs.
  • Provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle EBS SCM modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OM, PO, and INV modules.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and create user documentation.
  • Participate in project planning and execution for Oracle EBS SCM initiatives.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant.
  • Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle EBS modules: OM, PO, and INV.
  • Proven ability to configure and implement Oracle EBS solutions.
  • Experience with business process analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
