Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the activities and operations of construction projects
Monitor project progress and adapt work as necessary to ensure project completion on time and within budget
Ensure that all safety regulations and standards are adhered to during the construction process
Coordinate and liaise with the project stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of the project
Monitor and report on the progress of each project and take corrective action as needed
Track project costs and performance metrics and analyze variances
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience on relative commercial builds
Thorough knowledge of construction materials, methods, and best practices
Excellent knowledge of safety control and regulations
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Proficient in project management software (Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.)
