Founded in 2016, we are a small construction firm that works on medical facilities, commercial ground-up, and all kinds of TI and renovation. Our motto is "Built to serve" and that's what we do! What You Will Be Doing
New Construction estimating GC projects
Estimating projects between $450k - $40M
Business development and meeting potential clients
Bidding, Close-outs, Cost Analysis
Generating detailed estimates from pre-construction schematics
Working with Preconstruction teams to secure future projects
What You Need for this Position
3+ years as Estimator
3+ years in construction
Experience in healthcare builds a huge PLUS
What's In It for You
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
Annual Bonuses
2 weeks PTO first year, more to be accrued
