We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator with a background in Tilt-Up construction projects to join our team in Atlanta.

Responsibilities: As an Estimator, you will be at the forefront of our estimating efforts, ensuring that all construction projects are backed by accurate, timely, and detailed cost estimates, from conceptual stages through to hard bids. Working under the guidance of the Director of Pre-Construction and Senior Estimators, you will analyze data from bids, ongoing projects, and completed jobs to assess market competitiveness and profitability. Your role will also involve reviewing proposal specifications, drawings, and attending pre-bid meetings to determine the full scope of work and the necessary components for each estimate.
Qualifications
3+ years of construction estimating experience, particularly with Big Box Retailers and Light Industrial projects
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is strongly preferred
Advanced understanding of cost control and estimating techniques, with a solid grasp of all aspects of commercial construction
Proven leadership and mentorship abilities, with experience leading an estimating team
Expertise in estimating entire projects from initial planning through to completion, including researching materials, sourcing options, labor, and permit costs
Benefits
Competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $110,000, depending on experience
