  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues, ensuring our equipment continues to support the company’s mission.

  • Plumbing and Electrical Work: Utilize your skills in both plumbing and electrical systems to perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on the plant’s equipment.

  • Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned, always keeping our environmental mission in mind.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably within a water or wastewater treatment plant.

  • Skills and Abilities:

    • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex systems, including Gorman Pumps.

    • Plumbing and electrical experience is required; familiarity with PLCs is a plus but not mandatory.

    • Welding skills, along with experience in HVAC and wastewater systems, are highly desirable.

    • Ability to work independently, multitask, and complete assignments without supervision.

    • Knowledge of the tools, equipment, and terminology used in maintaining wastewater treatment systems.

    • Experience in troubleshooting and repairing pumps, valves, motors, and other related equipment.

    • HVAC and Boiler certification are a plus but not required.

  • Work in a supportive and forward-thinking environment where safety, sustainability, and teamwork come first.

  • Competitive salary based on experience.

  • Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

  • Opportunities for further training and professional development.
