Job Title: Sr. Project Manager (5+ yrs multifamily wood-frame experience is a must)
Location: Orlando, FL market
Salary: $140k-$170k depending on experience
Requirement: 5+ years of experience in Multifamily or wood frame construction projects, 2 full scope wood-frame projects as a PM.

What You Will Be Doing
Immediate work will be on a 350 unit, 9-building project in Orlando upcoming.
What You Need for this Position
Started and completed a minimum of 2 wood-frame multifamily deals as a Project manager not an APM.
Must be able to buy out the entire project in Procore.
Must be able to put a budget together in Procore.
Must be able to build a schedule and maintain it in Microsoft Projects..
Must be able to the monthly Financials in Procore. Called JCS.
Has experience in building 4 story walk up with elevators.
