Insight Global is looking for a Senior Principal Manufacturing Engineer to join our client, a leading supplier of access equipment. This role finalizes the development and design of tooling, components, and/or systems. Adapts existing designs for new models and redesigns current tooling to maintain and enhance the competitive status of the client's manufacturing methods and capabilities.
Must Haves:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering minimum or related field
4+ years of manufacturing or tooling or design engineer experience
Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Plusses:
Experience with Creo PTC CAD software
Possess a strong mechanical knowledge of vehicles and related systems
Tooling design/design background experience in applicable market (farming, construction, heavy automotive, etc.)
